Tim Roberts of NorCal Refinishing took on the task of refinishing our tub, surrounding tile, and floor tile this year. We decided to use this as both an economical and fast way to upgrade our bathroom without knowing just how thrilled we would be with the end product. Tim’s work is excellent. He was very meticulous while in our house and in making sure things were ventilated and safe, something very important to us as we have two large dogs! He was on time, prompt in his communications, and concerned that we were satisfied with the look and progress throughout the job.
The bathroom looks FANTASTIC! So many people have been surprised to find out that we refinished and had not gutted the entire thing…it is truly that seamless. Tim’s application of the product over the original tile was very precise and the product is amazing, even conforming to the existing patterns within the tile itself, and now our “pink slate” looks like beautiful natural granite!
I would highly recommend Tim and NorCal Refinishing to anyone looking to have a quality remodel job done on their bathroom at a fraction of the price of new fixtures! We have used other Refinishers, but it has never looked this sharp!

I just wanted to personally thank Tim for the job he did for us. I had no idea how to go about getting a tub refinished or who to contact. I actually came across names/businesses that when I called them, they were hesitant to answer to their own advertised name – as if they were afraid I was a collection agency or something.
But wow, dealing with Tim – professional all the way – took the time to find out what it was I was trying to accomplish, not just quote a price. He had references ready, emailed me the quote and showed up when he said he would. He really seems to like what he does and didn’t mind taking a minute to show progress or, in my case, educate the customer.
